Loadmouth is a dispatch desk for trucking companies: it answers their phone, texts and email itself. Small carriers and warehouses sign a one-year deal: $1,000 setup, first 60 days free, then $499 a month. You close them. We pay you through Stripe, automatically.
Four closes a month is $2,900 your first month and about $9,000 a month by month twelve. Ten customers paying is $1,500 a month in residuals before you sell anything else.
How it works
- 1Apply below. We read every application and answer within a day. Approved reps get a portal login by email with their first leads already in it: trucking companies in their state, biggest fleets first.
- 2Call them, stop by, or email from your own @loadmouth.com address. Every lead has a private demo desk under the company's own name you can send them.
- 3Press Send contract. The customer reads the agreement, types their name and adds a card on one link. The $1,000 setup is charged that day.
- 4Your half shows on your Pay page the same day. Set up payouts once on Stripe (five minutes) and the money lands in your bank on its own; Stripe sends your 1099.
Who this is for

Loadmouth Sales Rep Agreement

Who this is between
This Sales Rep Agreement is between Liberty Marketplaces LLC, doing business as Loadmouth ("Loadmouth", "we"), and you (the person signing below) ("you"). It starts when you sign below.
1. What you do
You sell Loadmouth desks to trucking companies and other freight businesses, on your own schedule, as an independent contractor. You are not an employee; you set your own hours, use your own phone and transport, and pay your own taxes. We send you a 1099 for what we pay you.
You may call, visit or email any company on your list in the rep portal, and any other business you find yourself. One person at a time: no bulk email, no texting lists, no robocalls. Anyone who asks you to stop is left alone.
2. What you get paid
Loadmouth desk: half of the setup fee (up to $1,250) the day the customer signs and pays; $150 the first time they pay a monthly fee; 30% of each monthly fee for their first 12 paid months; 10% of each monthly fee after that, for as long as they stay and you remain a rep in good standing.
Commission is earned on money Loadmouth actually receives, and only on accounts you closed through your portal (your contract link or your rep code). If a customer is refunded or charges back, the commission on that money is reversed against future pay. Payouts go out through Stripe as money settles, or by Zelle on the 1st of the month until your Stripe payouts are set up.
3. What you can and can't promise
Sell what the website and the agreement say: the prices, the free setup period, the one-year term, the features that exist today. Don't promise discounts, custom features, dates or results we haven't put in writing. You can't sign anything for Loadmouth, take money, or change a customer's terms; the customer signs and pays on our site.
Be straight with people. No pressure tactics, no misleading claims, nothing said in Loadmouth's name that we wouldn't say ourselves. Use the materials we give you (brochure, demo desk, follow-up email) as they are.
4. Your portal, our data
Your portal login, your @loadmouth.com address and the lead lists are for your use only while you're a rep. The lists, the customers and everything you learn about Loadmouth's business and its customers stay confidential, during and after. When this agreement ends, you stop using the portal and the address, and you don't take the lists with you.
5. Ending it
Either side can end this agreement at any time by email, for any reason. Commission already earned is still paid. The ongoing monthly share in section 2 continues after you leave only for accounts you closed while active, and only while you have not breached this agreement.
6. General
Arizona law governs this agreement, and the state and federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona have jurisdiction. Notices go by email: to Loadmouth at hello@loadmouth.com and to you at the email below. You may not assign this agreement. Typing your name below is your signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and Arizona law. Liberty Marketplaces LLC, 4539 N 22nd St, Ste R, Phoenix, AZ 85016, accepts this agreement when you sign and emails you a copy.
