The service

Loadmouth (loadmouth.com) is operated by Liberty Marketplaces LLC (“Loadmouth”, “we”). It provides dock scheduling, a dispatch desk that answers carrier texts and emails, detention tracking and relay coordination for trucking, 3PL and warehouse operations. By using the site, booking an appointment, or messaging our desk you agree to these terms.

SMS terms

By providing a mobile number on our booking form or by texting our business number, you agree to receive text messages from Loadmouth related to your appointment or inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or email hello@loadmouth.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Appointments and information

Appointment times, door assignments and detention figures are provided in good faith from the facility’s records and may change. Replies may be drafted by automated software and reviewed by a dispatcher. Loadmouth does not set rates, decide claims, or make commitments on a facility’s behalf; anything involving money is confirmed by a person.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, submit false bookings, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access for abuse.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Liberty Marketplaces LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including detention, missed appointments or lost loads, arising from use of the service.
