Who we are

Loadmouth (loadmouth.com) is operated by Liberty Marketplaces LLC, 4539 N 22nd St, Ste R, Phoenix, AZ 85016. Loadmouth is a dispatch desk for trucking, 3PL and warehouse operations.

What we collect

When you book a dock appointment, text or email our desk, or request access to the product, we collect what you give us: name, company, phone number, email address, PO or load references, appointment details, and the content of your messages. We also keep standard server logs.

How we use it

To answer your messages, book and manage dock appointments, run detention clocks, coordinate relay hand-offs, and run the service. Messages may be drafted with the help of automated software and reviewed by a dispatcher.

Text messaging

If you provide a mobile number or text our business number, we may reply by SMS about your appointment or inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run Loadmouth (hosting, messaging, email, AI drafting) and with the facility or shipper your appointment is with. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep records as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Email hello@loadmouth.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
